Send everything WordPress emails (password resets, WooCommerce receipts, form notifications) through SendSend.

SendSend Mailer replaces WordPress’s built-in mail sending. Anything that calls wp_mail(), including WooCommerce, Contact Form 7 and Gravity Forms, goes through the API instead of your web server.

Install

1. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New, search for SendSend Mailer, then Install and Activate. It is also on WordPress.org.
2. Prefer a file? Download the zip and use Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Go to Settings → SendSend.
4. Paste a live API key. Create one in the dashboard with the emails:send scope.
5. Enter a From address on a domain you have verified.
6. Enter any address under Send a test email and press the button.

Keep the key out of the database

Optionally, define it in wp-config.php and the settings field is replaced by a note:

Behavior

• Force From address (on by default): every message is sent from your verified address. If a form plugin set the visitor as the sender, they become the Reply-To so replies still reach them.
• Fallback (off by default): if SendSend fails, optionally let WordPress’s default mailer try. That sends from your web server, which often lands in spam.
• Recent sends: the last 25 messages and any errors are shown on the settings page. “Accepted” means queued; delivery results appear in your dashboard.
• Retries use an idempotency key, so a retried message can never deliver twice.
• Attachments are sent too: up to 10 files and 10 MB in total. SendSend refuses executables and scripts.
