Common questions
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: 3,000 emails a month with no card. Test projects never deliver, so you can build the whole integration before sending anything real.
What happens if I send more than my plan includes?
Sending stops at your limit, so you are never billed by surprise. On Pro and Scale you can turn on extra emails at $0.90 per 1,000 and set a monthly spend cap. We reserve against the cap before each send, so busy periods cannot overshoot it.
Does paying unlock live sending?
No. Every new account is reviewed first, because payment alone doesn’t tell us a sender is trustworthy. Test mode works immediately.
How do you count emails?
One recipient accepted by our mail provider is one email, including recipients that later bounce. Broadcasts count the same way, one email per contact. Messages that never reach the provider, received mail, and everything sent from test projects, are not counted.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep what you have and can’t add more until you’re back within the new plan’s limits.
Who is Enterprise for?
Teams with high volume, many brands or clients, security reviews, or contract terms they need in writing. Tell us what you need and we will send a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Is delivery guaranteed?
No one can guarantee inbox placement. “Delivered” means the recipient’s mail server accepted the message. We show you what happened, and why when it didn’t.
What is not here yet?
SMTP relay, dedicated IPs and single sign-on are not available yet. We would rather list what is missing than imply it.
