Delete a signup form

DELETE/v1/forms/{id}

The form stops working at once. Contacts it already added stay in the audience.

Required scope: contacts:manage

Status	Code	When
404	`not_found`	No such resource in this project.
401	`unauthorized`	The API key is missing, invalid or revoked.
