Add a suppression
POST/v1/suppressions
Stops all mail to an address. The suppression list belongs to your organization, so every project shares it. Addresses are stored in lower case. Adding an address that is already listed re-activates it.
Required scope: suppressions:manage
Request body
| Field | Type |
|---|---|
addressrequired | string |
reasonoptional | string |
Unknown fields are rejected, so a typo never silently does nothing.
Example
curl -X POST 'https://api.sendsend.email/v1/suppressions' \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $SENDSEND_API_KEY" \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
