Create a topic
POST/v1/topics
A kind of email people can opt in or out of, such as product news. A broadcast with a topic goes only to contacts subscribed to it, and its unsubscribe link removes them from that topic alone.
Required scope: contacts:manage

Unknown fields are rejected, so a typo never silently does nothing.
